The artec technologies XENTAURIX Support Team is happy to support you in technical questions and problem solving. Our competent team is directly available to our customers and partners.
Our support hours
Monday through Thursday
9:00 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 16:30 CET
9:00 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 15:30 CET
(between July 15 and August 19, support & sales on fridays is only available 9 – 12:30)
On Saturdays, Sundays and German public holidays our support is not available.
